1. Choose at least one high water fruit/veggie to serve as the base for your juice. This could be cucumber, celery, or oranges.
2. Keep the sugar level in check by juicing fruits AND veggies together, and
3. Add a high impact, but probably low water content item for more nutrients, such as kale or spinach.
Consider juicing daily to fuel your body properly for work, family, getting pregnant, and to have energy to power through.
