Have you ever meal prepped? Today is a great day to start. Get one good slow cooker meal going first, make a grocery list and go! Sundays are THE day to do it.
You’ll save so much time during the week on food prep or driving to get food, not to mention the money you’ll save by dining in.
Get Tupperware for each meal, pick a few proteins, veggies, and complex carbs (no rolls!) and spread them out all week. Box up your slow cooker meal too.
Some people can each just chicken for the week as the protein. If that’s not you, prep a couple of different meats for variety.
Cut back on the hidden salt and excess calories from dining out, and meal prep at home today!
